Rune stones from real stones!

I am R'Mathos. My name comes from an ancient pre-celtic civilization. "R" is the abreviation for "one-who-is", "Mathos" means "Warrior/Healer". In those times, it was common for an individual to be both a warrior and a healer as he became more adept at using the energies of good to protect others from the rampant evils in the world at that time. I am a Healer, and make and use Rune Stones. The Stones are carved in actual stones [not cast in plaster or ceramic as many are] and allow energy to be transfered from the healer and magnified by the rocks' connection to earth-energy. Thus the healers energy source [in my case, the oceans] is combined with the earth and made more powerful. I collect my rocks from streambeds high in the mountains of Arizona where they have been tumbled and shaped for thousands of years be natures forces. Each stone has a unique size and shape, and I "feel" them for their energy content. Like people, some are quite alive with energy and vibrant, while others are lifeless. I choose first for their energy, second for size [2-3" in diameter, thin for weight considerations]. Shape ranges from round to oval to triangular, but all are smooth with no sharp edges thanks to the tumbling in the stream. They are mostly blue-gray with metallic silver shot thru them, but some are lite-to-medium brown with gold metallic shot thru. A stone that has not been carved is quite pleasing to the eye by itself, and those that are attuned to such things say they can clearly feel the energy in them. I also collect small pieces of milky quartz that are also tumbled smooth and hold energy well them- selves. Folks like to wear these for the warm energy they pass on to the wearer, and the also make a good conduit for healing energy. The type of healing energy that I'm given is best passed on by my simply touching a finger of one hand to the place to be healed [a spot on the head if it is a healing-ofthe-mind] and a finger of the other hand on the "third eye" or another point I may be directed to. The "patient" then opens themself to the healing, and I focus on the problem in my mind and breath the energy into the person thru the finger. Oddly enough, laying my whole hand on the person dissapates the energy in a fairly ineffective manner and only causes an all over good feeling, while the single finger allows a clear focus and concen- tration on the actual problem. The second finger seems to complete a sort of circuit that allows the energy to flow much more strongly. The source of my healing is God, but His energy is passed on to me thru the forces of nature. Al- though Ii love the mountains and the energy from the earth is powerful, I have found that my best and strongest connection is with the ocean. The Rune sign[see Rune links below to learn more about the various symbols and their possible meanings] is chosen by the individual, then it is "charged "by me so that the healing energy is with them after they leave. I am told by those that have used the stones that they can simply push the stone firmly against their skin and the healing energy is released.
